CROWN & ROOT — REFUND AND PERISHABLE ITEM POLICY
Due to the raw, fresh, and perishable nature of our agricultural and botanical imports (including Obi Abata, Orogbo, and Ataare), all sales are final. We do not accept physical returns or exchanges on any perishable botanical items or convenience ritual packs.
Once fresh botanicals leave our facility, we cannot accept them back into our inventory due to strict quality control, moisture regulation, and spiritual integrity standards.
Damages and Order Issues We take immense pride in hand-selecting and securely wrapping every batch to preserve its vital freshness. However, we understand that mail carrier transit issues can happen.
If your order arrives completely damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To qualify for a free replacement or store refund, you must contact us immediately via our storefront with:

Clear photographs of the outer shipping box, inner packaging, and the specific condition of the damaged items.
Upon review, verified damaged items will either be replaced in our next fast shipping block or issued a direct product refund.
Shipping Safeguards Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. Crown & Root is not responsible for spoilage due to delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses, or packages left unattended in extreme heat/weather conditions after a successful carrier delivery.
